Forensic Failure Analysis: We begin by reviewing previous examination scripts to identify exactly where the linguistic seal broke. By running failure analysis, we find the specific gaps in prose and structural understanding that led to the disruption of the academic trajectory.

Synchronous Stability: The Retake School operates as a targeted, live intervention delivered 100% by the Principal. We provide the consistency and high seniority oversight that struggling students require during a retake cycle, ensuring that every minute of instruction is focused on recovery and progress.

Surgical Writing Labs: In these intensive sessions, the Principal performs live surgery on the student's writing. We dismantle the bad habits that contributed to previous setbacks and rebuild the student’s prose one sentence at a time, moving from functional literacy to academic competence.
