• Academic Data: Student prose, assessment results, and engagement metrics recorded within our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Financial Records: Payment history for all instructional cycles. We do not store or process sensitive cardholder data on our local servers as these transactions are handled securely via Square and GoDaddy.
• Visual and Audio Data: In accordance with our safeguarding policies, live sessions are recorded to allow for real time linguistic auditing and quality control.

• Lead Practitioners: Our instructors receive scholar names to facilitate lessons and track progress.
• Technical Partners: Enterprise grade platforms such as GoDaddy and our VLE providers. All partners are legally bound by strict confidentiality agreements and UK GDPR compliance protocols.

5. Data Security and The Security Vault

All personal and academic data is housed within our secure digital vault. This environment uses high level encryption and multi factor authentication. Access is strictly limited to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure total confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

We retain academic records for the duration of a scholar’s enrolment. In instances where a cell does not reach the Minimum Density Requirement and a refund is issued, contact data is retained for the minimum period required for financial auditing before being purged or anonymised.

• Request the correction of any inaccurate information.
