Refund Policy

1. Fee Structure

Passion Education operates on a premium, high seniority model designed to ensure the Academic Mastery of every scholar. Our fee structure is calibrated to maintain the 8 Max Instructional Cells and provide the Academic Triage required for success.

2. The Registration Deposit

Upon successful completion of the Diagnostic Phase, a deposit is required to secure a position within a Pending Instructional Cell.

• Non Refundable Status: All deposits are strictly Non Refundable. This fee covers the administrative and professional costs of the Forensic Audit, the Initial Trajectory Report, and the architectural placement of the scholar.
• Commitment of Place: Payment of the deposit constitutes a formal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment as outlined in the Admissions Policy.

3. Cell Viability and Conditional Refunds

To maintain the Clinical Excellence of our small group environment, the Academy enforces a Minimum Density Requirement.

• The Threshold: No Instructional Cell shall commence with fewer than 5 scholars unless specifically authorised by the CEO.
• Academy Cancellation: Should the Academy be unable to fill a cell to the required minimum density by the scheduled start date, the Academy reserves the right to cancel the session.
• The Refund Protocol: In the event of an Academy Led Cancellation due to non viability, a Full Refund of the registration deposit and any tuition fees paid will be issued to the parent within 14 working days.

4. Tuition Fees and Cancellations

Tuition fees are calculated based on the chosen iGCSE or 11 Plus bundle.

• Billing Cycles: Fees are payable in accordance with the schedule provided at the point of enrolment.
• Parental Cancellation: Should a parent choose to withdraw a scholar after the cell has reached Active Status (5 or more scholars), no refunds will be issued for the current term. This ensures the Operational Security and financial stability for the remaining scholars and the Senior Practitioner.

5. Force Majeure and Digital Continuity

As a digital first Global Educational Asset, Passion Education provides 100% live tuition. Technical failure on the part of the scholar’s household does not constitute grounds for a refund. The Academy maintains redundant systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
