 Institutional Capacity and Cell Density

Enrolment in any academic trajectory is subject to a Minimum Cell Density of 5 scholars. To maintain our high seniority standards and the integrity of the 8 Max instructional environment, the Academy reserves the right to adjust start dates or offer alternative pathways until a cell reaches its surgical floor. For bundle enrolments, deposits act as a priority seat lock. Should the Academy be unable to fill a cell to the required minimum density, a Full Refund of all fees or deposits will be issued. 

Payment Schedule Options

The Academy offers three distinct pathways for the settlement of tuition fees:

- Annual Institutional Contract: All enrolments (Single Subjects, Bundles, 11 plus courses, Retakes, and Revision) require a single upfront settlement of the full course fee.

- The PayPal Pathway: This upfront settlement can be processed via PayPal Pay in 3. This allows the total fee to be distributed over three interest-free payments for the parent while the Academy receives full settlement immediately.

The Enrolment Deposit and The August Boundary

- Upfront Enrolments: No deposit option is available for Single Subjects, 11 plus courses, Retake courses, or Revision classes. The full annual fee must be settled upon booking to secure the scholar’s seat.

- Subject Bundles: A Registration Deposit is required upon enrolment. This deposit is strictly Non Refundable and covers Academic Triage and architectural placement.

- The August Finality Rule: All annual fees must be settled in full by 31 August prior to the commencement of the academic year. Full settlement is a mandatory prerequisite for attendance.

- Progression Mandate: Entry into Year 11 is strictly contingent upon reaching a Zero Balance for the Year 10 cycle by the August deadline.
