EXTERNAL EXAM AND CANDIDATE LOGISTICS

The Passion Education Ltd curriculum prepares students for the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE™, the premier global standard for academic rigorousness. While the Academy engineers the path to mastery, the physical execution of the examination is managed through a partnership between the family and an external centre.

All Passion Education Ltd students are classified as Private Candidates. It is the absolute responsibility of the parent or guardian to secure a seat at an authorised examination centre. We provide the syllabus codes and a directory of vetted centres, but the Academy cannot act as an intermediary for physical registration.

Registration for examinations is a separate logistical and financial transaction.

• Centre Fees: These are paid directly to your chosen venue and are not included in your Academy tuition.
• The May and June Cycle: This is our primary assessment window. We advise establishing contact with your preferred centre by June of the preceding year to avoid the exhaustion of available places.
• Late Entry Penalties: Centres apply significant surcharges for registrations made after their clinical deadlines. Timely coordination is essential to protect the financial seniority of the family.

Should a student require specific adjustments, such as Extra Time, Modified Papers, or Scribe Support, this must be addressed with the centre at the earliest opportunity. These arrangements are governed by the exam board’s regulations and the centre’s capacity. Be advised that centres may levy additional administrative fees for these bespoke provisions.
